Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3-5+ years customer facing services role
Fluency in French and English languages
1+ years project management experience with Workday HCM Payroll or Financials
Experience resolving issues at executive levels
Ability to chair meetings with executive leadership
Nice-to-have
Functional domain expertise with Financials
Experience in complex software or SaaS environment
Account management and adoption planning experience
Proven track record building strong customer relationships
