Must-have

North American chiller industry hands-on experience
Cross-functional leadership across Engineering and Sales
New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle management
HVAC system application and troubleshooting knowledge
Nice-to-have
Prior P&L ownership of a product portfolio
Experience leading commercial or industrial HVAC launches
Business planning and competitive market analysis skills
Ability to influence decisions across multiple functions
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Product Management or related function
