Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for guiding Cordial clients through a successful implementation of the platform, third party integrations, and providing solutions for complex and unique use cases.
  • You will consult with clients directly as a subject matter expert of the Cordial platform, assist clients in understanding how they can apply new product features and enhancements to align with their business goals, and develop and share best practices to clients.
  • You will manage internal stakeholders and external client expectations on projects and timelines, and work closely with the product team to improve client adoption across our entire platform.

Key Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in professional services
  • Track record of successful implementations
  • Experience with RESTful APIs
  • Comfortable with JSON data structure
  • HTML/CSS/JavaScript proficiency
  • Experience with PHP or other programming language
  • Capability to use Browser Developer Tools
  • Understanding of SQL and noSQL differences
  • Ability to manage multiple open projects
