  • The Preconstruction Manager is responsible for managing the project pre-construction phases associated with design, budget management, bidding, and issuance of subcontracts.
  • This position will coordinate estimating and value analysis at each phase of design, ultimately preparing bid packages and procurement plans.
  • Candidates will receive a salary between $110K and $130K DOE along with a 15% target annual bonus and a company car opportunity.

  • Knowledge of unit costs and factors affecting construction costs
