Job Summary
The Preconstruction Manager is responsible for managing the project pre-construction phases associated with design, budget management, bidding, and issuance of subcontracts.
This position will coordinate estimating and value analysis at each phase of design, ultimately preparing bid packages and procurement plans.
Candidates will receive a salary between $110K and $130K DOE along with a 15% target annual bonus and a company car opportunity.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 3-5 years previous experience in construction estimating field
Experience writing and negotiating subcontracts
Demonstrated experience in base development, capital improvements, and construction projects
Knowledge of unit costs and factors affecting construction costs
