Base: $107,500 - $204,500 USD; Bonus/Equity: Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, and paid time off
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Minimum 8 years professional experience
Hands-on Tableau Power BI or Looker skills
Strong SQL and data warehousing knowledge
Experience with people data and HR analytics
Ability to translate complex findings for leaders
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in Analytics or related field
Experience in large matrixed organizations
Consulting background in workforce planning
Familiarity with user-centered design principles
Knowledge of enterprise data architecture
