Employees must be licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant and possess at least a 10th-grade education to perform essential duties such as recording vital signs and assisting with personal care.
The role requires strict adherence to policies regarding protected health information, incident reporting, and the safe handling of residents including those unable to call for help.
