You coach development teams at eye-level to integrate quality from the very beginning ("shift-left" approach).
You promote the automation of quality processes and leverage data and the potential of AI to continuously increase the efficiency of quality assurance.

Key Requirements
Master's degree in computer science, software engineering or related field
Several years of professional experience in software quality management
Experience with agile development methods
In-depth knowledge of quality methods and standards (e.g., 8D, RAPEX, FMEA, ASPICE)
Proven experience in supporting and conducting product audits (e.g., ISO 9001)
Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin), written and spoken
Willingness to travel occasionally within the Southeast Asia region
