This role serves as a strategic liaison between HR, Total Rewards, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to drive global compensation and benefits processes.
The successful candidate will define the product vision and roadmap while leading configuration for Annual Salary Reviews, Incentive Programs, and Benefits enrollment within Workday.
The position requires evaluating and implementing new Workday features during biannual updates while ensuring system compliance with local and global regulations.
