  • This role serves as a strategic liaison between HR, Total Rewards, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to drive global compensation and benefits processes.
  • The successful candidate will define the product vision and roadmap while leading configuration for Annual Salary Reviews, Incentive Programs, and Benefits enrollment within Workday.
  • The position requires evaluating and implementing new Workday features during biannual updates while ensuring system compliance with local and global regulations.
