Must-have
5+ years hands-on electronics experience
Precision SMT and through-hole soldering
Complex cable and wire harness assembly
Component-level electronic failure diagnosis
Reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
Nice-to-have
ECAD viewer proficiency like Altium or OrCAD
Environmental testing chamber familiarity
Self-organizing task prioritization skills
IPC certification in J-STD-001 standards
Experience with thermal chambers and vibration tables
Key Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience in R&D or production
Eligible to obtain and maintain US Secret security clearance
Proficiency in IPC J-STD-001 and IPC-620 standards
Associate degree in Electrical/Electronics or related field (Preferred)
