Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to apply intensive knowledge of engineering principles to develop new approaches for complex problems in medical device and battery manufacturing.
You will serve as a subject matter expert, lead cross-functional teams, and provide supervision for up to 4 to 5 technicians while ensuring adherence to strict FDA and QMS requirements.
This role champions the Integer Production System by driving innovation, continuous improvement, and standardized processes to achieve high-quality results and operational excellence.

Must-have
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field
7+ years of progressive engineering experience
Strong problem-solving foundation in complex technical challenges
Experience leading cross-functional teams and projects
Knowledge of FDA regulations and Quality Management Systems
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in engineering or related field
6-Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
PMP certification for project management
Experience mentoring engineers and technicians
Willingness to travel occasionally for expertise deployment
