Job Summary

  • Develop process flows and process recipes to enable meeting the product requirements for performance, reliability and defect free manufacturing.
  • Take a technical lead role in high voltage CMOS and BCDMOS process development, defining new embedded High Voltage process/device architectures.
  • Respond to customers’ technical queries and guide engineers, taking a leading role in technical problem solving and creating process and device IPs.
