Responsibilities include conducting regular in-process inspections, issuing non-conformance reports, and monitoring subcontractor performance to ensure defect rectification.
The successful candidate will arrange and liaise with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) for CONQUAS and Quality Mark assessments.
