Manage the Sales Force Effectiveness team or lead a key process/service within the team while ensuring high data quality and utilization aligned with Regional Commercial Excellence.
Support projects involving resource allocation including launch planning and ensure accurate reporting and implementation of incentive schemes to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency.
