Job Summary

• Spearhead the strategic development and execution of global payroll risk and incident management, leading critical programs to enhance risk posture and drive resolution of high-impact incidents.
• Own and evolve the global payroll risk register, lead cross-functional risk assessments, and drive the strategic use of risk scoring tools to ensure scalable processes and actionable outputs.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex payroll incidents globally, establish high-trust processes for investigation and resolution, and coach teams through Root Cause Analysis.
