Job Summary
The role is going to be responsible for development of doctors, optometrists, counselors and paramedical staff of eye hospitals through structured scientific educational training programs.
Ensures HCPs are well equipped with knowledge of procedure and products and contribute to technology reach & adoption goals in this segment through training initiatives across assigned product ranges.
Maintain a positive relationship with customers with the goal of improving category outcomes by assessment, critique and training and communicate and empower via direct meetings and interactions with surgeons, administrators and key decision makers.

Key Requirements
1-5 years of working experience
thorough understanding of managed care
Optometrist with training experience preferred
Proficiency in English and Hindi
knowledge of local language-Bengali desirable
comfortable carrying out training programs in Hybrid model
