HVAC technical expertise for preventive and corrective maintenance
Project management from specifications to site reception
OPEX and CAPEX budget tracking and optimization

Solid knowledge of building systems beyond HVAC

Key Requirements
Bac+2 to Bac+5 degree in Maintenance or Facility Management
