Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Reliability program development and execution
Design FMEA and failure analysis
Verification and validation testing
Reliability tools such as DFMEA and ALT
Data acquisition and automated testing
Collaboration with R&D and cross-functional teams
Nice-to-have
Lean and continuous improvement methodologies
Mentoring engineers and technicians
Physics of Failure principles
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with statistical analysis software
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
5+ years reliability engineering experience
3+ years mechanical or electromechanical product development
Experience with HVAC/R or refrigeration systems
Experience supporting regulated product testing
Advanced coursework or certification in Reliability Engineering
