Base: $24-$25 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Quarterly Momentum Bonus; Benefits: 401K, Health, Vision, Dental, Life, Short- and Long-Term Disability

Must-have
Plant equipment maintenance and repair
Reciprocating engine operation
24/7 on-call emergency response
Compliance with state and federal permits
Safety leadership and training participation
Troubleshooting electrical schematics
Nice-to-have
Experience with CAT G3500 and G3600 engines
Technical certification or training
Computer skills including Word and Excel
Collaboration with utility and landfill personnel
Training operator apprentices
Key Requirements
2-3 years plant operations and maintenance experience
Valid driver’s license
Pass background check, physical, hearing and drug test
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in loud, hot environments
