Job Summary
RED+ is a full-time agency program of Prudential Vietnam (PVA), belonging to Agency channel which mission is to provide financial protection solutions for Urban customer segments.
The incumbent of this job is responsible for Quality recruitment of FCs, Driving FCs to achieve business objectives (APE, FC activation, PruElite, MDRT and leader development) with high quality, Implement activity management with discipline, Execution initiatives to support sales and recruitment.
