  • Responsible for identifying and documenting necessary body repair work for customers and scheduling body work to be performed.
  • Offers additional services and repairs to customers and computes cost of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicle to condition specified by customer.
  • Maintains CSI at or above Company standards and meets Collision Center standards for repair/order production.
