Main responsibilities include receiving elders and their families, providing consultations, conducting physical function examinations, assessing motor function, and adjusting therapy goals based on the resident's condition.
Key duties also involve designing and implementing occupational therapy programs, preventing and managing complications, supporting palliative care, and ensuring the well-being and comfort of residents.
