Job Summary
The Head of Quality and Quality Management will be responsible for ensuring that quality is embedded into everything Cubic Transportation Systems (CTS) does to include an end-to-end quality strategy, ensuring software and hardware products are designed to meet reliability, performance and functionality standards.
This role sets and enforces rigorous quality standards, acceptance criteria, and robust documentation controls to guarantee product and process excellence across hardware, software, and field systems.
You will be accountable for performance management in the areas of defect leakage, rework, late-stage issue reduction, first-pass yield, device reliability improvements, and on-time achievement of acceptance milestones.
