Job Summary

  • Support World Vision Chad projects and staff in conducting diagnosis, design, implementation, monitoring/evaluation, reflection, and transition according to WV policies and standards for grants to alleviate human suffering and ensure child well-being.
  • Ensure emergency programs are well-designed, measurable, accountable, and evidence-based by supporting the integration of monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning principles throughout the emergency project cycle.
  • Contribute to the drafting of proposals by developing monitoring and evaluation descriptions, activity monitoring plans, and realistic budgets for monitoring and evaluation.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in fragile, conflict-affected, or disaster-prone environments

  • Excellent reporting and communication skills in English
