  • Responsibilities include providing accurate sales forecasts, mastering product knowledge, managing customer concerns, handling objections, and maintaining the customer management system.
  • This role involves undertaking sales motions such as lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, being the voice of the customer, or renewing contracts, working within a team and reporting to a Sales Manager.
