  • The Environmental, Health & Safety Divisional Manager provides strategic leadership, oversight, and direction for Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs across multiple project sites and regions within the MEP and industrial sectors.
  • This role ensures regulatory compliance, drives safety performance, and fosters a strong safety culture across all operations, requiring both strategic vision and hands-on engagement to reduce risk, prevent incidents, and ensure regulatory and client compliance.
  • Key responsibilities include regional safety leadership, program development and oversight, compliance and regulatory management, incident management and investigation, training and workforce development, contractor and subcontractor management, strategic and executive reporting, and risk management and pre-planning.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive EHS experience in construction, industrial, or MEP environments
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing EHS teams
  • OSHA 510 and OSHA 501 certifications
  • OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification
  • First Aid/CPR/AED certification
  • CSP, CHST, ASP, CSHO, OHST, STS preferred
