Job Summary

• Through building a banca training system and mechanism, systematically support the professional capability building and cultivation of the sales force, continuously improve the professionalization of the sales force, and effectively implement the differentiated strategy of AIA banca.
• Integrate and coordinate group, branch, and external expert resources to design and develop standardized training courses to ensure unified and orderly training execution.
• Plan internal mentor construction, formulate internal mentor management methods, and standardize management models and systems such as selection, certification, and incentive mechanisms.
