Base: $39.00 - $68.50; Benefits: Per Diem - 15% (on rate of pay, in lieu of benefits); Shift Differentials/Premiums: Evening - $3.00/hour, Night - $5.00/hour, Weekend - $4.50/hour, Standby - $4.00/hour, Charge - $3.25/hour, Float - $2.50/hour, Certification - $2.00/hour, Preceptor - $1.00/hour, Advanced Preceptor - $2.00/hour, SANE Exam - $500.00
