Job Summary
The Manufacturing Operator is accountable for executing the lowest level of manufacturing operating steps on batches of products utilizing the proper equipment and following instructions defined in applicable safety policies, procedures, and Batch Production Records.
The role involves setting up, loading & unloading, cleaning and operating equipment such as blenders, compressing machines, and coaters following weekly manufacturing schedule and related SOPs.

Key Requirements
HS diploma with 3yrs experience as Manufacturing Operator
Associate’s degree with 2yrs experience as Operator
Bachelor’s Degree with no experience
Knowledge of computer programs and math
Full knowledge of manufacturing equipment technology
