Job Summary
This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage deep operational knowledge in an industry-leading training environment within the Gulf Coast region.
The successful candidate will deliver IADC-accredited well control training across Levels 2–4 using advanced simulation technology alongside classroom instruction.
You will be part of a North American instructor team working across Louisiana facilities and occasionally in Houston while reporting to the General Manager.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
IADC Well Sharp accreditation Levels 1-4
5-7 years operational drilling experience
Classroom and simulator training delivery
Nice-to-have
Crew Resource Management instructor experience
Spanish language fluency
Familiarity with drilling simulator platforms
