Lead the analysis and strategic design of intelligent AI-powered agents within Salesforce environments, leveraging Agentforce, Data Cloud, Flow, and Salesforce APIs.
Serve as the primary front-facing contact for Agentforce deployments, building and nurturing strong, trust-based relationships with C-suite executives and key customer stakeholders.
Assess customer organizational readiness for AI adoption and guide them through necessary process transformations and reengineering to maximize the benefits of intelligent agents.
