Job Summary

  • This role will be responsible for maintaining a disciplined approach to customer engagement by helping scale omnichannel initiatives.
  • Partner with internal and agency vendors in developing and maintaining analytical dashboards to consistently monitor performance of our various channels.
  • Lead coordination of digital tactic discussions and reviews with the Communications Review Committee (CRC), OBIE, Privacy, and Digital Customer Engagement.

Key Requirements

  • 6+ years experience in pharmaceutical marketing, digital marketing, data science, business intelligence, or healthcare advertising
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related technical discipline
  • Experience with commercial pharma software (Veeva CRM, Vault PromoMats)
  • Working knowledge of data visualization tools (PowerBI)
