LatamDev is seeking a Head of Developer Productivity to enhance the productivity of its engineering teams through the implementation of advanced tools and AI systems. The role involves leading multiple specialized teams to optimize workflows and reduce friction in the software development lifecycle

Job Summary

  • Lead the strategy, execution and continuous improvement of the tools, workflows and AI-powered systems that make our engineers more productive every day.
  • Own the Developer Productivity (DevPro) vision and multi-year roadmap inside Cloud Platform, leading specialized sub-teams including AI agents, internal frameworks, and CI/CD.
  • Partner closely with AI Labs, AI Engineering, Platform, SRE, Security and Product teams to shape a cohesive, high-leverage developer experience.
