Job Summary
The Business Analyst supports and optimizes US Conec’s Manufacturing Tracking System (MTS) and its integration with accounting, financial, and ERP systems.
This role partners closely with Accounting, Finance, Operations, and IT to improve system performance, strengthen data integrity, and ensure processes align with financial controls and business objectives.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
Experience supporting manufacturing or inventory-based systems
Working knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, and reconciliation processes
Experience supporting internal controls, audits, or SOX compliance initiatives
