Job Summary

  • Lead the design and execution of enterprise talent management practices that strengthen performance, leadership readiness, and talent depth across Nordstrom.
  • Partner closely with HR, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, data‑ driven‑ talent solutions that help employees perform, grow, and thrive.
  • This is a hybrid role requiring the selected candidate to work onsite four (4) days per week and live within a commutable distance of Nordstrom’s corporate offices in downtown Seattle, WA.
