Job Summary

  • The Associate Director, Commercial Systems reports to the Senior Director, Global Commercial Technology and is accountable for the strategy, governance, and lifecycle management of BD’s global portfolio of commercial sales technologies outside of core CRM and Revenue platforms.
  • This position also functions as the incubation engine for commercial innovation —piloting, validating , and scaling new capabilities that measurably improve productivity, insight, and execution—while maintaining alignment with enterprise architecture, security, data, and procurement standards.

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in consulting, commercial technology, product management, digital transformation
  • 4+ years of experience managing individual contributors and/or leading teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience evaluating and piloting emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions
  • Proven experience defining and completing a deprecation strategy for technology, tools, and/or portfolio at enterprise scale
