Job Summary
The position will partner with business leaders, HRBPs, and talent teams to identify and deliver solutions that build leadership capabilities and related behaviors for senior leadership.
Design and execute the implementation of employee development guidelines, programs and policies (job rotation, mentoring, coaching, assessments and others) ensuring governance and metric.
