Job Summary

  • Performs routine and complex electroencephalogram (EEG) procedures, nerve conduction studies (NCV), evoked potential (EP) and others, depending on specialty area training.
  • Verbalizes and implements appropriate actions during the onset of a seizure, and other patient medical emergencies.

Key Requirements

  • Graduate from accredited Neurodiagnostic program preferred
  • 3 years of experience preferred
  • BLS required
  • EEG registry or eligibility preferred
  • Board eligibility for ABRET certification in EEG required within 2 years of hire
  • Completion of departmental requirements for EEG board registry preparation required within 3 years of hire
