  • Aligns enterprise strategy objectives to pilot plant assignments, identifies technical gaps, and implements necessary technologies and efficiencies to meet short- and long-term goals.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in food industry manufacturing

  • Experience leading, coaching, motivating and inspiring large teams
  • Practical experience for process and product specifications establishment
  • Experience in HACCP and FSMA
