Job Summary

  • As a Supervisor for John Deere Waterloo Works – Drivetrain Operations (DTO), you will be responsible for leading a wage workforce to meet the manufacturing priorities based on the production schedule for the Gear Manufacturing Business Unit.
  • Ensure that assigned personnel have appropriate training, work instruction and tools to successfully do their job and lead employee engagement activities.
