  • Management and control of temperatures, freezing times, and storage
  • Experience in chamber inventory management (FIFO, traceability, product rotation)
  • Knowledge of sanitary regulations, BPM, and industrial safety
  • Control of waste, product quality, and standards compliance
  • Basic knowledge of industrial refrigeration equipment
  • Experience with registration systems or ERP for stock control
  • Availability for rotating shifts and working under pressure
  • Leadership, organization, and decision-making skills
