Key Requirements
3-5 years of experience in cold or freezing chambers
Third-level or technical degree in Industrial Engineering, Food, Refrigeration, or related fields
Experience in shrimp or food sector preferred
Knowledge of cold chain, freezing processes, and perishable product conservation
Management and control of temperatures, freezing times, and storage
Experience in chamber inventory management (FIFO, traceability, product rotation)
Knowledge of sanitary regulations, BPM, and industrial safety
Control of waste, product quality, and standards compliance
Basic knowledge of industrial refrigeration equipment
Experience with registration systems or ERP for stock control
Availability for rotating shifts and working under pressure
Leadership, organization, and decision-making skills
