Support the Site Quantity Surveyor by providing information for progress claims and variation works. Coordinate architectural, structural, and M&E drawings to detect and resolve conflicts. Issue relevant drawings and updates to M&E subcontractors for shop drawing preparation. Communicate with subcontractors on drawing issues and keep consultants and the Project Manager informed until matters are resolved. Track and control the progress of M&E subcontractors to avoid delays to overall project works. Coordinate the preparation of structural penetration drawings and cast-in items with subcontractors and report to the Project Engineer. Requirements: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. Knowledge of Architectural, Structural, and M&E works.
