Base: $157,500.00 - $187,200.00 annualized; Bonus: Discretionary incentive eligible; Benefits: Industry-leading benefits and paid time off

10+ years financial services experience
Equipment finance and leasing knowledge
Complex structured financing transactions
Tax accounting and commercial law
Financial analysis and negotiation skills
Nice-to-have
MBA or JD degree preferred
Teamwork and collaboration focus
Strong communication and presentation skills
Key Requirements
Ten plus years of direct responsibility in originating and closing transactions
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or relevant work experience
In-depth knowledge of secured lending products and solutions
