  • Proven experience building and operating data streaming platforms (Kafka, Cassandra, Pulsar)
  • Proven experience building and operating data streaming platforms on AWS
  • Understanding of and hands-on experience with Kubernetes
  • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (Helm, Crossplane, Terraform)
  • Experience implementing and managing GitOps workflows (ArgoCD)
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with CI/CD principles and tooling
  • Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog)
  • Strong scripting/programming skills (Python, Go, Bash)
  • Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows
  • Solid experience working with Linux operating systems
  • Good understanding of platform security principles
  • Experience managing deployment assets (container images, Helm charts)
  • Experience with incident, change, problem, and risk management processes
  • Experience in agile working environments
