Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Executive Pastry Chef to lead and manage all pastry and bakery operations within our growing food and beverage business. Responsibilities Lead and manage pastry and bakery operations to ensure efficient production and high-quality output Develop and standardize pastry and bakery recipes to maintain consistency and align with brand standards Plan production schedules to meet demand while optimizing resource use and minimizing waste Implement and monitor food safety protocols to comply with regulatory standards and ensure product safety Manage and mentor the pastry team to enhance skills, productivity, and collaboration Oversee large-scale pastry manufacturing processes to deliver consistent quality and timely delivery Incorporate Mediterranean and Asian flavors into menu development to meet customer preferences and market trends RequirementsDiploma or higher qualification in Pastry Arts, Culinary Arts, or equivalent. Minimum 8 years of pastry and bakery experience. Minimum 3 years in a leadership or executive pastry role. Strong expertise in French Pastry, Viennoiserie, Dessert Production, Recipe Development, Production Planning, Quality Control, Food Safety Management Experience managing large-scale production kitchens. Ability to lead and train multicultural teams. Strong communication and organizational skills.
