Job Summary
This role involves the overall operation of their center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration.
Collision General Managers will be required to ensure our center teammates are repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in a manner consistent with Caliber’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), insurance partners and industry guidelines/standards.
