Job Summary
Propose an innovative training program for all dealership employees to acquire and maintain knowledge and skills on all functions, necessary to follow the permanent evolution of equipment technologies, organizations, tools, procedures and work methods.
Identify training needs based on machine park evolution, new model launches, IT systems, and feedback from field teams visiting dealerships, and establish an annual training calendar.
