Base: $122,400 to $244,800; Bonus/Equity: performance-based incentives; Benefits: health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401K savings and other retirement programs, employee assistance programs

• Bachelor's degree
• CFA, CFP, CAIA or advanced degree preferred
• 7 - 15 years of experience
• proven history of excellent client service
