The Journeyman Technician is responsible for performing automotive repairs and service efficiently and accurately while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Salary
Base: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Production bonus and short/long-term incentives; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Holidays & PTO, Disability, Life Insurance, 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Plan
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Perform automotive repairs and service
Diagnose vehicle malfunctions
Road-test vehicles for quality assurance
Maintain mechanic’s tool inventory
Follow safety requirements
Nice-to-have
Suspension and alignment experience
Knowledge of German vehicles
Team player focused on customer service
Participate in technical training
Key Requirements
Prior automotive repair experience
ASE and manufacturer certification
Acceptable driving record and valid driver's license
High School graduate or equivalent
18 years or older
Work Rights
Valid driver's license in state of residence required
