Job Summary

  • The Senior Legal Counsel will lead all functions related to labor and employment legal within the extended HR team and in direct coordination with the AAI General Counsel, with primary objectives including leading investigations concerning People Matter conduct and managing labor relations.
  • This role involves drafting and supporting negotiation of employment-related legal agreements, executing HR policies, managing labor relation issues and campaigns, and directing outside legal counsel.
