• The Cajero is an entry-level position responsible for assisting in the execution of branch activities, including the daily provision of services that involve customer interaction and transaction processing.
• Responsibilities include serving as the first point of contact for Citi customers, conducting effective and accurate banking transactions, and identifying opportunities for new products and services.
• Ensure all customer needs are met and customer issues/matters are managed effectively, escalating issues to higher levels when necessary.
